POET Technologies Inc.

I can not find the article and have looked for it a couple times over the years.  However some folks who have been in this 6+ years may also remember it.  It was either a German or Russian blogger who wrote about Poet having some kind of device on a satelite.  There was a good bit of talk about it on one of the boards when it came out, and it had a link to the article.  Maybe someone here has it bookmarked.
