I agree with a lot of what your saying.

For POET to do the offering as they did, something serious is going on. Unless you live on Mars that financing was considered a disaster, but had to be done for reasons unknown at this point.

I think they need an immediate detachment from Epiworks and fast. That's why they did this financing. II-VI knows what POET has coming and in my opinion they have likely tried to acquire us and may come directly to shareholders at some point in a hostile effort.
