  This excuse about NDA's and blackouts is absolutely BS!!!  Whatan absolutely lame excuse!!! You can not tell me for a nanosecond that these clowns have not had an opportunity to buy shares over the past 2 years because their hands are tied. There may be blackouts from time to time but given the extreme lack of execution there is no one here that can tell me that at some period of time they could not purchase shares.  

   It is time to put up or get out--- If you donkeys on the BOD can not pony up at least 100k to buy shares then you are a disgrace and need to resign.
