Rocky said, "Market action leads news. I'm afraid we have bad news coming."
A more detailed explanation would be nice, however, if you are basing it on the assumption that anytime the company releases news, the stock seems to move down, then that is a viable correlation.
If market action is being driven by retail investors as some theorize then we know that they (we) know nothing.
Still, by definition , there is at least one retail investor, former insider and fund manager who may have enough shares to rattle this stock for a long time by virtue of the number of shares he still may hold. And that may also be the reason there was an emphasis on taking ownership of the new shares stateside.
