I agree stiched ,I don;t think they will ever come out and say it but it seems to me they just can't make this work hence all the pushed back dates,I don't see any good news as we all hoped for by year end.

We will be looking farther into 2017 for news I fear.Had he said all year end goals are on track this would have been a better read and I think there is a reason he didn't put our minds at ease on that front because he knows they aren't
