Just the fact that they announced PO weeks before pricing PO tells me that they wanted to smash the SP first and only then announce even redicoulusly more lower price than last day of trading. This stinks.
I hope OSC and IIROC fine them hefty. It says manipulation all over. Public offering but Mazan could not get on it??? Is he not part of the public?

Internet is great tool to let everyone know how these guys operate. So when pople google their names there will be shame attached to it. Even their grandchildren will know who they really were. Are they to be happy that their grandparents destroyed lots of people pension funds by playing dirty.
But imo the whole world is acting like there is no tomorrow and grab what you can today. Sad!
