False hope re typo, that would have already been fixed.
I still don't think management is crooked or corrrupt, so I can only theorize that they really needed the money. They apparently need more time than they (and therefore, we) thought to bring the tech up to speed, if ever. Were they overly optimistic? Did they get carried away with the tech and not see the potential problems? Did they then get themsevles into a little problem and not know the way out? Have they unwisely got themselves into a bigger problem by not handling it well?
Ajit, Suresh and Subhash have enjoyed successful and accomplished careers; you don't throw that all way by becoming a stinking, lying, cheating robber in your later years.
