The sp isn't going anywhere until the financing is closed. The Institutional investors will determine what price they want to pay. Hopefully, it's not much lower than were we are. However, once the deal is closed, we "should" get better coverage from the financial institutions...why? because now they have skin in the game. So now is not the time to sell since we are near the bottom.
What is the company worth? This can only be determined when PTK gives us a range of revenue forecasts for the next several years. I believe the Institutional investors will ask for this information.
