Two details:

  • The term with Robert Ferri had been commenced from 2015-11-01 for one year. So they have foreseen a handing over period of two months.
  • Expenses for IR will rise by 135 %. While Ferri received $46,000 for one year, Shelton bills $9,000 per month = $108,000 per year. Well, I am curious about the counter value of these additional expenses!
