Possibly they did apply for, and obviously received, approval from the TSXV when they went with Ferri. But perhaps they did not NR that part of it. But, this case, the application gave them an opportunity to announce it again, even though it may not have been mandated. Possibly the idea of the new IR team to do this - gives POET and Shelton more exposure. Nice words as to what they are hired to do, let's see if they do it.
Right now, they are just some folks that know how to write marketing platitudes, but, giving them the benefit of my own, ever-present doubt, they were likely selected very carefully, by very careful and sharp individuals.
