What people here need to understand and I really thought that most people did get it (but maybe some forgot it) is that the POET platform right now is focused on GaAs epitaxy to provide the most pressing needs for data communications. That is the immediate POET solution in GaAs for the broadest industry need. The epitaxy will be adjusted to utilize III-V materials as required for application. But the common principal of operation is that it is a completely integrated solution with materials that have a common lattice structure. They are focused right now primarily on GaAs and in the words of Suresh it is very pervasive. But it does not end there.
