Options are to be utilized when the SP is well above their strike price. No one would have trouble coming up with 8600$ to then make much more when they sell. I am not sure what you're trying to say here? If you're an adult, working in Silicon Valley and you cannot come up with 8600$ to then sell for much more money, you have some serious issues.
