POET Technologies Inc.

It seems to me , if I remember correctly, when a company acquires another company quite often their stock value goes down for a bit,, I suppose it could be blamed on dilution or the perception of dilution.. Anyway,,POET acquired two companies and the stock went down on two occasions.. We are down, but not out !!
