I actually think it would not have made that much of a difference in terms of the number of shares that were issued to make these acquisitions. I don’t disagree with the rest. I think the shares were valued in what these companies anticipate POETs share price will be in the future? I think we heard the most animated statement out of Suresh when he referenced what a great deal POET got based on the number of shares issued. Would those companies have settled for less shares. I don't think so even if the share price had been trading at $2 or $3. My opinion.
