Yes, but.... by the time the voting could be arranged, the share price would already have popped safely into Nasdaq-qualifier levels, and I think it would be likely that given that situation, the shareholders (such as they currently seem to be), would vote against it, in the face of the further appreciation they with good reason would fear missing out on.

That's why I think it could work.
