I don't recall the Patent being Material specific, Ie GaN vs GaAs. However I am not sure there isn't another way to get to the same goal without infringing on our patents. I am positive that our managment will ensure that our IP is protected. Lets see what happens in a couple days, no sense getting wound up yet.
