One the most powerful of TA's indicators is Accumulation/ Distribution line which has proven its merits many many times.
This indicator shows clearly the direction of flow of money in a stock. If it is increases the stock is gaining strength and when moves downwards, the stock loses its value.
For PTK, A/D shows a gradual but steady upward move since two years ago; in other words, money flows to PTK, not in the opposite direction.
This means investors are accumulating PTK in a very controlled way because they know that they have time and PTK is pending news.
Don't let the low SP at the this situation mislead you. When SP drops, but A/D rises specially for a long period, a stock is being set to fly.
