Of course you are assuming that the executive is not restricted by any NDA or blackout (almost a certainty) which would prevent them from buying shares.

I submit that this line of thinking is repetitive, we would all like to see management buy shares but no one has any knowledge/ability to determine whether they can or not.

I assume they cannot, and we will not see insider buying until such time that they can, whenever that may be.
