You are dead on regarding Ichan. Bully plus Trump talking. All image to keep the hedge fund money flow and to try to focus people on his convenient predictions and able to say if they had listened to me this wouldn't have happened and my hedge fund would have been better. He did say that he was short more than usual but he still has a lot of lings that are hurting his fund badly.
