So yah…they are going to dilute their stock by adding shares to raise money to do what?

We know that they already have a ‘deal’ with POET…so are you suggesting perhaps that the ‘deal’ involves ANAD dramatically increase their production capabilities b/c POET has connected some very compelling dots???
