I think it was part of their strategy to increase awareness and bring them to the table. Consider this. If TB was already appointed would they be running the commercials showing the all of the Apple devices with the charge once a week message (or whatever it was)? I don't think so. They have been trying to distance themselves from any connection to Apple since he was appointed. I just went to the POET site to check the language in that commercial and it is no longer there? The first one is but the one showing the fruit devices is not?
