I have never seen a PP happening much higher than the current share price. I might be wrong but I don´t believe that it will be higher than the price on date of announcement. I guess it will be some 10% lower than current price on announcement.

I was also hoping for a higher SP for an PP which would mean less dilution for all shareholder holding the stock.

If it will be done that low or even lower as the current shareprice, I would take it as a slap in the face of current shareholders like you and me (only my feelings).
