So is a PP a good or a bad thing for us?
In any case it means dillution. And if it will be just a gift for the banks to give us good ratings and help for an uplisting, I will not be a fan of it.
But depending on the SP, a PP can have quite nice effects.
As an example:
BAE would buy 10 Mio new shares for 100 MIO USD.
- This woud rise our SP dramatically (for a NAS listing)
- It would show a strong cooperation with an industry leader
- It would shavel a bunch of bucks into POETs account for further business developement
- It would immediatly bring publicity and public avareness. A good story for the uplisting...
I guess soon we will see. No need for them to wait until August 15...
