It's hard to find much on their processes, particularly for GaA's. The link to their 100nm wafer foundry engineering portal is broken: http://www.triquint.com/foundry/welcome

Whatever is going on with their GaA technology, it was enough to convince Todd DeBonis to join the POET BOD.

Their links to NASA, DARPA and the domain of electronices warfare makes me wonder how long they have known about POET. Interested to know if others are able to find more on TriQuint/Qorvo.
