So here is a thought. How does a publicly traded company report CIA monies from "Black-budget" contracts? Seems things could get very murky. Said during a grand jury hearing...."Mr. Vanketesan, how are we to believe that POET Technologies Corp. was paid 250 million dollars for laser pointers and 3D glasses?...."
