Good Board goverance would have a good mix of people with the right mix of skills/experience, board tenure, age, and sex. It would be nice to have a young, highly talented female to complement the current mix and provide a unique younger perspective. With the 3 new Board members we are much improved given their prior board experience, contacts and tech knowledge. Also we have the Finance covered as well. Maybe need someone with commercial deal and marketing expertise.
My view looking at the current mx is that we need another new person who would comlement the current team.
