Elfenbein, I am a bit surprised that your take away from this post was a delay in a Nasdaq listing. The point was that a "Partnership" with a major player (or multiple players) in the technology sector is very very close and will completely change the current landscape. It will change this board, our visibility in the sector, the stock price and bring considerable interest worldwide. The NRE revenues will follow.
How that relates to a Nasdaq listing seems obvious. The fact remains that in February PC believed that a partnership would follow milestones and a subsequent Nasdaq listing. It is still possible that PTK could be prepared to file for that listing in June. May will provide a new CEO, possible milestone completion as well as the potential for partnership. With the execution of these 3 vital and strategic items the Nasdaq share price requirements will not be an issue. The next 30-60 days should prove to be exceedingly interesting and provide us all with plenty to chew on. BOL. Ciao.
