About Blevins role there is only two possible scenarios:

1- He has joined Advisory Committee having a mission from APPLE in order to get better

understanding of POET and make a foundation for future collaboration( takeover) between POET and APPLe.

2- He is going to be our CEO, and joining Advisory Committee will help him to know POET , kind of probation period.

Each of these scenarios is a good progress for POET.
