Best way to get on the Nasdaq in the shortest period of time is to publicly turn down a buy out. Only thing is what if Pinetree wants to sell out? Make them sell shares to exercise options while at the same time starting a short attack and suddenly the shareholder base is softened up enough that they might accept the offer. So IBK and Shelly have to quickly exercise warrants to try and out vote the rest. Is this what you guys mean by the perfect storm? PC better get some news out in the AM before we hit $1. Only saving grace here is that shorters will likely begin to cover tomorrow afternoon which may help us find the bottom.
