Given the very clear importance of this MS and the connection with Apple. Is it therefore not unfair to assume that they are not totally reliant on UCONN to complete it? Surely at this stage they are in a position to prove the tech at another facility.
My conclusion based on this, reasonable assumption, is yes that milestone is complete. Otherwise recent appointments strike me as unlikely to happen. Given that they wouldn't be at a stage to prove GaAs can do CMOS efficiently.
Perhaps they have to prove the tech at UNCONN for legal reasons, pertaining to the ownership of the patents etc. just a theory!!??
