One further thought in addition to the idea that good work has been done despite the delays, is my gut feeling that Ring Oscillator is done. Why otherwise would they announce the Tony Blevins inclusion on the TRAB (which is a TRAC actually) if Apple participation was dependent on itsachievement.

This is moving faster than we all think and talk of delays might be a red herring IMHO.
