This Chris Chu seem a bit naive to think we are not a target. The perfect time to take out any developing company is after they have put all the sweat and equity into it but are on the brink of realizing significant profit.
The company doing the bidding has to look reasonable to its own shareholders, therefore it is not reasonable for them to offer $20 for our stock when it is trading at its current level. We need to be grooming multiple bidders in the event someone tries to take us out. We also need to get our share price up in a hurry to try and maximize the starting price of any opportunistic bidder and then hope our white knights - aka Apple and Google come to our aid and place higher competing bids to keep everyone honest.
