Given the milestones and year end it is very likely that the year end and milestones will be announced before April 13. Doubt if PC or new CEO would schedule to go on BNN with outstanding milestones of this nature. Also if PC is going to announce dual TSE and NADAQ this would bea good time to do it as they did in London with teh NASDAQ June announcement.
