That would depend on both tier and standard.

If they go for the Global Market they would have to list under equity standard. No delays just the application time for approval. And value actually just has to be at US$4+ at the time of application and US$4+ at the time of approval. They would require $30 million in equity which would mean a small financing or NRE payment added to the current cash position.

The question I think which is on a few people’s minds right now is whether POET will be bought out before that can happen.
