Agreed, Fairchij. However, since Apple is on board now and the danger of an Apple-controlled monopoly looms, I'd add phases like

• "in as many vertical markets as possible",
• "for as many customers as possible",
• "in a non-discriminating way"

The POET technology must not be restricted to the benefits of a single company!
