The Exec and BOD have knowledge of their discussions with numerous parties and probably have enough intel as to how potential deals might pan out. They also now have 2 people that have real life experience in doing deals and what value those deals might be worth. Unlikely that Ajit would recommend a sale unless the intel was usch that the poetntial deals were significantly at risk or could not materialize in the intermediate term.
