Not sure who is right on this but I lean towards Rob's view that it does help putting our anti-short orders in. This board had around 20% at one point so removing those from the available shares will at least make them work harder to find them. If we hadn't, those buy-ins may not have happened as our shares would have been available if I'm understanding this correctly.
