Well they're starting at 40nm, that can be scalled down to regular Si nodes, so 32,22,14,10 that we know of.. PLUS, we can apply POET to higher nodes 130 & 180 that will offer huge advantages for the Internet of Things... And all of that is not even considering the Optical aspect..
