POET Technologies Inc.

POET will have it's day because silicon is nearing the end of moores law. Question: since POET is joining the race near the end of the line for silicon, does that mean POEt will just have a few years till it encounters th same problems? Or can POET be scaled smaller or are the gains with POEt so substantial smaller chips will not be necessary or...? Forgive my ignorance but I haven't seen anything written about this this far. (Not saying it hasn't) Thanks
