Excrutiating isnt it ? Painful and sweet at the same time. Wondering, waiting, thinking....what could and/or will be. Tantalizing and tempestuous at the same time. Mouth wet, pulse quickening, anticipation of potentials examined, future tremendous. The wait, like several days before Christmas, a milestone anniversary or birthday, a wedding, the birth of a child, its almost like a thousand tiny knives of excitement.

Its all of our pain, and will be all of our pleasure.

As we come into the 3rd calender period of our 1st quarter, we await several large developments, keys to the kingdom in some ways, mileposts and history markers in others.

As we wait, some interesting questions to ponder.......

-Who and/or what effect will the two milestones the most ?

-Who requested what ?

-Who is the mysterious CEO to be named ?

-Who will be the new board members ?

-Who will be the new executive hirings ?

-How and what will entail a NASDAQ listing ?

-What industry and global business eyes are on us now and will be near term ?

-How much will we eventually effect this industry and will it be Man of the Year" stuff or as someone has mentioned "market darling" designations-like an Apple is now ?

-Where does this all eventually lead ? For the company ? For the long term investors ?

-What "Legacy" will this leave us as investors ? as a company ? as a technology ?

No doubt (I feel) we are in the twilight of the of our quest. If the company plans to create, capture and submit the momentum of a marketing campaign, then the next quarter is crtitical as most know the May long weekend sets the US investor on a summer vacation trajectory mindset. We have all heard the old adage "sell in May and go away". Thankfully, the target market will be attentive and with the last 10-15 year improvement in connectivity, sell in May and go away has been transformed into the 24/7/12 month access to markets. One could say the new saying is now "buy and sell or go to he--".

Nonetheless, if a marketing campaign, started some 3-4 weeks back, is to retain effectiveness, one must put ones money where ones mouth is and make the next phase of hits...timed properly and effectively. You now want your target market to see what the power of POET is and why one should be interested in it. Once a partnership, for example, is announced, name and brand recognition with the powererd by POET brand, will most likely induce a glazed eye effect among US/Global investors.Starting an almost Toffler-esque like first wave.

No doubt we will have little time to find out, the "Ides of March" are almost among us.
