I don't see any significance to Slide 10 other than being descriptive of the current model. Too much being read into this I believe.
Now, the use of present tense at bottom of Slide 4 "POET licenses process IP and generates revenue from fabs and customers" is very interesting since they are so careful to use conditional language throughout this document, yet they use present tense in this statement. And the continuous reference specifically to NRE revenue in their PRs seems to deliberately exclude reference to licensing revs.
Now maybe I am reading too much into this....or not.
