POET Technologies Inc.

I had a thought today. Not sure how valid it is. If I am Sheldon and I have millions upon millions of dollars invested in POET am I really going to be on the board and have my shares "locked up" if the company really does not have the goods? Firstly I would not have invested that much in a company that didn't have a chance. Secondly, to be on the board, and to have to get "approval" for sales. I think he knows something that many don't. No one likes to lose money.
