Perhaps the post should have been removed, but no reason to ban someone that has been here from day one of this forum being created, and 2 years previously elsewhere. Someone got trigger happy, and it probably didn't help that the SP had one of its biggest weekly drops in the last several years.
He has been involved in constructive conversation for the most part, and raised concerns over the last 3 years that have often become reality. Whether you like it or not, his predictions around effects on the SP as a result of PPs, warrants, calling further delays while being ridiculed for doing so here, has been more accurate than most here. That makes someone who has no hidden agenda, but simply being a realist and helping to keep people grounded, a valuable member of this board. As a realist, how many delays can a person endure, while at the same time hearing here that everything is better than ever, but looking at your porfolio and seeing not much has changed in 3 years. I understand where he is coming from, and he should not have been banned.
