I would personally feel he as Chairmen of the board of our company has an obligation to mention it as a solution with possible references to the Empire Club speach such as possibly quoting Dr T as saying "all roads lead to poet"
With Fab 2.0 being the topic doesnt POET fit right in? I mean isnt the entire idea to have Fabless design companies provide archatecture to clients that then request products to be manufactured at third party fabs? IE, POET designs, Samsung chip configurations using POET designs, GF manufacturing of those designs and delivering to Samsung those ready to use chips as per the specs provided based on POET?

O yea, and isnt it appart of his obligation as chairman to do everyting in his power to get us to a price point where we can get on the Nasdaq without an RS, Ie putting the word out without creating un doo hype.
