Nice catch a/r, maybe we will have a Seeking Alpha article in our future. Interesting info about their "departure" from GaAs and the time to scale into production. I suspect they have no clue of what POET is about. Also shows the significance of the mask availability to the commercialization. Excellent info. I suspect that, if POET chips can be manufactured to standard industry scale, we may see a foundry go to production quickly and maybe quietly to build an inventory for distribution. Admittedly though, this is outside my area of expertise so that may not be viable.
