POET Technologies Inc.

I seem to recall that the last post I saw (quite recent) stated that the number of employees for POET was something like 16. I see on google finance as well as RBC that the number of employees is currently stated at 29. Does this mean that the number is growing (or am I wrong that there was a post with something like 16).
