Just thinking outloud.
I suppose if infact AMD or one of the smaller players are set to be one of the first to pay a fee to begin developing with POET then I am sure secerecy is of the utmost importance. If it was one of the bigs testing and planning to use the tech why would they need to hide it. Unless who ever has stepped up for first dibs is worried there could be a bidding war which could substantialy raise the price.
Regarding the R/S if they exicute the split and move us to the Nasdaq before naming names there is a chance we could see a sell off unless it is followed by names in short order. I have to admit I am really nurvious about all this right now.
Some times when the spidy sence goes off and the feeling that one should run rises up some thing happens and we thank our lucky stars we held on for the big pay day. Hopfully this is what will happen.
