The Valuation Report was dated as of March 1 2014, which is before AM came on board and 100nm range was met.

I believe that once we secure a strategic partnership and sign on to an initial agreement, we will have a better grasp of revenue streams, then we will garner much more than the $10-$15/share buyout suggested.

I'd prefer to wait, I'm quite happy to see where AM is looking to take us.
