I don't believe Sheldon needs to be shackled to the board to keep him from selling, although much more comfortable with him being "shackled." I feel Sheldon knows exactly what the possibilities are and wouldn't risk Pinetree and a large portion of his personal wealth if he wasn't very confident. That's why it cracks me up when some of us small retail investors get all scared about the current share price. Some of the fear is natural, a lot of it is people playing games in my opinion.
