Poets transistor abilities of GaAs are not even comparable, and they require far less power to control them. Appears the good Dr.T was not blowing smoke when he stated graphene isn't even close. Poet appears to clearly dominate in both of those issues compared to other semiconductor materials. I find it hard to believe that we will end up being bag holders when the competition is having issues that poet has already addressed.
